At Fighteneer, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- With original tags and packaging, where applicable

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Fighteneer is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if relevant
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
EU customers also have a legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods. Under EU rules, if goods are faulty or not as described, the seller must repair or replace them at no cost; if that is not possible within a reasonable time, the customer may be entitled to a full or partial refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your original order and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging, where applicable
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized products, if applicable
Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned to us because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed to collect the package, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from the refund.
